Orders:
Orders placed and received before 1:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday, are
processed the day the order is placed*. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. (EST),
will be processed the following business day.
*Applies to in-stock items once payment has been recieved.
Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or
unforeseen difficulties. AirFilteringInnovations.com will make every attempt to meet
shipping deadlines.
Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor is Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

Shipping:
Ship Methods
AirFilteringInnovations.com uses several different ship methods that will be described below. Shipping Methods are as follows:
UPS/Purolator
This ship method uses either UPS or Purolator Standard Ground Ship Method.
Delivery time with this ship method is usually between 3 and 5 business days
once the product ships. We can arrange for expedited Next Day, Second Day,
or Three Day shipping for this ship method - We ask that you give us a call to
arrange for the expedited method. We will let you know what the new shipping
cost will be for your expedited request before processing the order.
Confirmation Email: You will receive this after placing your order
Tracking-Number Email: You will receive this after your order ships
Shipping Charges
AirFilteringInnovations.com calculates shipping based on current UPS / Purolator
tables, weight of the product and the final delivery destination. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. Please note that all shipping charges are for standard ground delivery within Canada, unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions regarding your shipping charges, please contact Customer Service at 519-756-5234. Note: AirFilteringInnovations.com will not ship to P.O. boxes, APO's or FPO's under any circumstances.

Product Inspections:
We take as many steps as possible to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect working condition. However, occasionally, a product may be damaged in
transit. If you receive a damaged product delivered by Purolator or UPS, please give us a call immediately. If the unit is damaged, we ask that you refuse the shipment and notate the damage on the packing slip and give us a call immediately. If you do sign for a product with concealed damage, we will replace the unit
with one in perfect working condition as long as you notify us 24 hours after receipt of the product (Excluding holidays and weekends).

Your receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. AirFilteringInnovations.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
AirFilteringInnovations.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Forms of Payment:
AirFilteringInnovations.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa and MasterCard . There is no surcharge for using your credit
card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address where your credit card company sends your
statements). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be authorized at the time the order is placed, however it
will not be billed until your order ships. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without prior notice where the credit card billing address is not located within Canada.
AirFilteringInnovations.com also accepts cashier´s cheques and company cheques. Orders are processed upon receipt of funds. AirFilteringInnovations.com does
not accept personal cheques of any kind. If you wish to pay by one of these methods please give us a call at 519-756-5234.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If for some unforeseen reason an item is no longer available, or will be backordered for an extended period of time, you will be notified immediately.
Items found on this website are generally available to be shipped within 1 to 10 business days. Once shipped, most products will arrive within 3 - 7
business days depending on the destination.

Sales Taxes:
AirFilteringInnovations.com charges all applicable sales taxes (PST & GST/HST) required on purchases of goods and services made through the website for Ontario. If you place an order being shipped outside the province of Ontario no PST sales tax will be applied to your order, GST or HST will be applied accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. The AirFilteringInnovations.com
Customer Service desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact them during the listed service hours of 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Please do not email cancellation requests as we may not receive them due to the imperfect delivery method of email transmissions. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders.

Returns Policy:
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Occasionally products are damaged in shipment. We will gladly replace the product. You should immediately inspect the delivery for shipping damage and CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AT 519-756-5234 (Excluding holidays and weekends) to report any damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Sometimes damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is very important that YOU CAREFULLY CHECK FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DAMAGE. If the damage is obvious, you should refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipment Bill of Lading and call us at 519-756-5234 to arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a replacement product shipped to you. Once we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will have the shipping company return to the delivery location to pick up the damaged product if needed. If you do sign for a product with concealed damage, we will replace the unit with one in perfect working condition as long as you notify us 24 hours after receipt of the product (Excluding holidays and weekends). Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note that the shipping companies operating on our behalf will only make one attempt at pick-up. Thereafter, any subsequent pick-ups may be at the expense of the customer.
Once we have received the damaged unit back at our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacement product. Please call us 519-756-5234 to set up a return for a damaged product as all returns must have a RMA number.
OBTAINING A RETURN OF MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care Department at 519-756-5234 to obtain an RMA number. All returns must have a valid RMA number, or the shipment will be refused at our warehouse. After you have contacted us and received your RMA#, you have 15 days in which to get the product back to us. The RMA# expires after 15 days and will not be extended or renewed. You are responsible for all expenses associated with the return shipment of the product to us if not returned in 15 days. You are also responsible for properly packing the product in its original packaging and including all product manuals, parts and accessories as well as insuring the value of the item. Any shipping damages that occur will be your responsibility to handle with the shipping agent. We reserve the right to adjust or deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All defective products will be handled by the manufacturer under the terms of their product warranty. AirFilteringInnovations.com will not replace or exchange defective products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.

International Orders:
Our standard delivery area is within the Canada. We do not ship to foreign countries nor do we accept credit cards issued by banks in
foreign countries. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice that is placed on our website and being shipped outside of the continental Canada.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,
AirFilteringInnovations.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, AirFilteringInnovations.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

However, continued research and improvement by manufacturers, incorrect specifications supplied by manufacturers, and other external factors can effect the accuracy of product pictures and information displayed. With respect to any litigation under this Agreement (or arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or purchase of goods and services), you irrevocably agree to personal jurisdiction in and exclusive venue of the Canada District Court for the Province of Ontario and any Ontario Court within Brant County.
Severability:
If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be or becomes unenforceable or illegal, such portion will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary in order
for this Agreement to remain in effect in accordance with its terms as modified by such reformation. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be
unenforceable under present or future law, and not subject to reformation, then (a) such provision will be fully severable; (b) this Agreement will be construed

and will not be affected by unenforceable provisions or by their severance.
Entire Agreement:

relating to the subject matter thereof.
